Terms and conditions

GoGEO Today is offered by WOLLF bv, Beekboshoek 98, 2550 Waarloos, Belgium, VAT BE 0812.292.351, email gogeo@wollf.be.

These terms apply to every order and every use of GoGEO Today via www.gogeo.today. By confirming an order the customer accepts the published version in force at that moment.

GoGEO Today is a digital course with modules, lessons and a personal workspace. Access is delivered through an account on www.gogeo.today. The exact scope of the delivery is described on the product page and in the confirmation email.

An order becomes binding once the customer completes payment and reaches the confirmation page or receives the confirmation email. Before the final payment action, the customer can review and correct order details.

The current price is EUR 249.00 one-off, including Belgian VAT. Payment is processed through the payment provider presented at checkout. An invoice is provided on request to the email address supplied by the customer.

Access is tied to the email address used at purchase. The customer is responsible for keeping credentials confidential. The scope and duration of access are explicitly listed on the product page.

The course content, texts, videos, prompts and templates are owned by WOLLF bv or its licensors. The customer receives a personal, non-transferable right of use within their organization. Resale, public publication or sharing of access is not permitted without prior written consent.

Where the statutory right of withdrawal applies, the customer can exercise it via the form at /en/withdrawal. The precise consequences of immediate digital delivery will be aligned with Belgian consumer law once legally reviewed.

Support and complaints can be submitted via gogeo@wollf.be. WOLLF bv aims to respond within ten working days. Changes to the course or to these terms are published with version and effective date; mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

WOLLF bv provides no guarantee of visibility in AI answers, ranking, revenue or specific business results. Liability is limited to the extent permitted by law.

Belgian law applies, subject to mandatory law providing otherwise. The competent court and any out-of-court dispute resolution route are confirmed after legal review.
